Quietness

Casi mato a alguien.

In a couple of days I'll be immerse in september as if nothing's happened. The fact that the sun hasn't stuck its head out one single day helps breaking off with summer. Shortly there won't be a trace of the suntan or the splendid desconection I am wearing as today. So I savor the last moments...
However, when I am most enjoying the quietness, a folk music festival takes place right down my street. So I have bagpipes resounding even at my kitchen. Last night I almost had a nervous breakdown when someone played a bagpipe version of Europe's "The final countdown". I was about to kill somebody.
I breathed two, three times and got in bed resignedly.

Today's music:
Gutter Twins, Conor Oberst

Ha! Esti, you are so funny when you're frazzled :)
That does sound like an awful thing to be hearing, you poor girl.

Oh that is so hilarious! I don't even want to try and imagine that!

I know the feeling about summer slipping away like that. I was holding out for a late summer but now that we have finally got a gorgeous blue sky this morning I realise the bite in the air means that no, it's definitely autumn. Oh well. Good job it's my favourite time of year!
