Taking in the cold days

These days I've needed to get away from my drawing table. I've needed to lay my eyes on another sights, see if that brings new air to breathe.
I visited my friend B.
It sure feels like a different world, like the true countryside, with its early morning quietness and dampness and its green fields and greyish clouds, although it's only a ten minute drive from my place. I love it there. So simultaneously close and different.
It was cold, and I wanted to take pictures of my new tote bags and notebooks, but the light wasn't right. Which is fine with me, so now I have a reason to come back any other day.

Esas hojas rojas me persiguen...y me dejo atrapar.
Llueve ;(

Yes, I too love communing with nature. How wonderful to have a nice outing to see your friend in the countryside and how nice that you must come back to take more photos. Still, I like the ones you've shared above. Wonderful.
