gris gris gris

can december be greyest than november?
i don't wanna talk about the weather again i don't wanna talk about the weather again
i only seem to talk about the rain i only seem to talk about the rai
n
i don't wanna talk about the weather again i don't wanna talk about the weather again

i only seem to talk about the clouds i only seem to talk about the clouds
i
don't wanna talk about the weather again i don't wanna talk about the weather again
i only seem to talk about the cold i only seem to talk about the cold

reminds me of T.S.Eliot's voice, saying, "April is the cruelest month... "

Well, I woke up to a slight dusting of snow today. We have only had one snowfall so far - very unusual for our part of the world. Typically by now it is cold and snowy. This year that has not been the case but I think starting today, it is coming. Soon I will be singing that song as the cold will get tedious and tiring. At least I have to be fair and say that Calgary is typically very sunny even if its like -32C. We are very high above sea level, in the mountains, and the sun shines all the time.

raina, i remember sunny Calgary from the time I visited my husband there who was doing part of his PhD at the University. I also remember the cold, of course, and the dry atmosphere which didn't let me pack snowballs, it was more like snow powder... But I thought the city was great!
