Quietly

It's been quiet.
The girls have spent the night with their aunt Paula and the house sits silently this morning. I feel lazy and undecided. By the time they come back it might be too late to spend the morning at the beach and too hot to stay in the city. Living this far from the coast is a bit of a bummer. You have to consider time, traffic and weather before you pack your bag with a beach towel and sunscreen. However, kids only need to know if their friends will be there to play with, to swim with, to go on adventures with. It still goes a long way before they are able to sit on the sand and stare at the waves for hours like I do. Oh man, I'm getting old. But happy.
Now, I look at the sky and wonder if by the time the girls are back the clouds will have disappeared

Me siento vaga e indecisa. Oh, cómo me hago mayor.
