Mis hijas ya han escrito sus cartas. Princesa Mermelada ha pedido unos cuantos libros, una figurita de un bambi y, sorprendentemente, un monton de fresas. Princesa Nocilla quiere una guitarra, una bateria, una videoconsola, una muñeca para su hermana y alguna sorpresa. Yo, mientras tanto, me debato entre sucumbir o sorprenderles con regalos diferentes. Pero no es facil. El plastico rosa nos invade, nos llama desde todas las revistas, todos los escaparates... y es tan atractivo para ellas... Y dandome una vuelta por internet he encontrado no demasiadas cosas que no requieran un presupuesto considerable... Se aceptan ideas.
My daughters have already written their letters. Pricess Marmalade wants several books, a little bambi toy and, surprisingly a bunch of strawberries. Princess Nutella wants a guitar, a drumkit, a game console, a doll for her sister and some kinda surprise. I, in the meantime, am trying hard not to surrender and surprise them with a few surprises. It isn't easy. Pink plastic is everywhere, is calling them from toy catalogues and shop windows... It looks so appealing to them... Surfing the net I haven't found many things within my budget... Any ideas?

Mi princesa Flor de Canela (al igual que tu princesa) ha sido seducida por una resplandeciente y roja batería (Imaginarium). Muy cara, muy ruidosa, muy muy grande, muy efímera, muy... Deseada... No se cual que los tres reyes ya la tiene a buen recaudo.
Yo ya tengo las cartas de mis sobrinos los trillizos...

mmm al parecer, las tendencias entre princesas y reina son diferentes... por mi parte, yo estaria feliz con un lienzo y unos cuantospinceles con pintura. uno se entretiene, mucho!

Pues piénsate bien lo de la batería y la guitarra porque Hugo tiene ambas (Imaginarium) y cuando le da por "aporrearlas", hay que estar preparado...
My daughter wants an etch a sketch a boy baby doll and a camera. The camera I am very excited about. I want to get her a durable but decent one I think she will have a lot of fun with it. I agree it is very hard to find worthy gifts for girls not all girls love barbie and pink plastic, nor should they. Their is certainly a lack of imagination when it comes to toys for girls and boys.
