The hunt

Sólo por si dudabais de que me iba a resistir a la tentación: busqué, palpé, seleccioné, descarté... Mi recolecta fue estupenda.

Just in case you thought I was going to resist the temptation: I searched, I touched, I chose, I ruled out... The stone hunt was uplifting.

wow these stones are beautiful and perfect to draw on. You're so lucky to be so close to such an awe inspiring landscape. I really love your new drawings, especially the ones with the black backgrounds. We both have an art opening on the same day!! I'll be thinking of you, good luck!

You have found great stones! What will they become, I wonder? (I live right next to a beach - but there are no smooth stones, alas. I tried to get some at the local nursery, but even those are quite rough and unsuitable for painting on. Sigh.

Where you live is breathtaking. I too live near the water and it is a different beautiful altogether, but we share the same rocks(: . I will take some photographs to show you.
