Esti, thanks so much for your take on changing your last name when you get married. I had no idea that it doesn't happen in Spain! Now I'm wondering where the concept originated, and why we do it at all.
So tell me more! When you get married your name stays as it has always been, right? Do your children take your husband's last name? Do people call you Mrs "your last name"?
Do people call you the "husband's last name" family? Or do they refer to you as individuals the whole time?
