Getting the Madrid exhibit ready

Back from Madrid. Great weekend. I'm beaten. Here's what I recall:

I've heard about it, but now I know firsthand: Tipos Infames is a real cool place. Love the atmosphere, the light, the idea and yes, the guys behind the idea are very nice people too. It felt perfect.

De vuelta de Madrid. Un gran fin de semana. estoy molida. Este es el resumen:

 Todo el mundo me lo decía, pero ahora lo sé de primera mano: Tipos Infames es un sitio estupendo. Me encantó el ambiente, la luz, la idea y sí, los chicos detrás de la idea son muy buena gente. Todo me pareció perfecto.

We didn't know what the others were bringing to the show, so finding out was exciting. And it all fitted together so nicely.

Ninguno sabíamos lo que los demás habían hecho para la expo, así que fue emocionante descubrirlo. Y todo encajó perfectamente.

It was great to finally meet up with Ana, Iratxe and Nader in one place.

Fue estupendo por fin reunirme con Ana, Iratxe y Nader.

On a single wall we hung the original drawings we were comissioned to illustrate Impedimenta's notebooks, several months back. On the other walls we displayed each notebook along with the different takes each artist had made of it.

And everything was ready for the opening!

En una pared quedaron expuestos los originales de los dibujos que habíamos hecho en su día para ilustrar las libretas de Impedimenta, motivo de la exposición. En el resto de paredes se exhibe cada libreta con las versiones diferentes que hemos hecho de ellas.

¡Y todo listo para la inauguración!
